The Staff Contacts Page provides administrators with essential information and management options for teachers within their school or district. Here’s what you need to know to navigate and utilize this page effectively.
Staff come from your SIS or are manually uploaded.
The best process for deactivating staff is to deactivate them in your SIS.
Access Level
- School-Level Access: School admins can view staff information for their specific school only.
- District-Level Access: District admins can view staff information across all schools within the district.
Staff Contacts Page Features

Viewing Contact Information
- The Teacher Contacts Page is in the upper right hand corner. It displays each staff's contact information for internal use.
- Note: Staff phone numbers are for internal use only and are never shared with families.

School Assignments
- View each staff’s assigned school or multiple assignments if they teach at more than one location (this comes from the SIS). External staff will be labeled as such, they receive communications but do not have ability to message families unless a group is shared with them.

Class Assignments
- See the classes each staff is currently teaching, providing insight into their subjects and schedule.

Elevating Permissions
- Admins can adjust a staff’s permissions directly from this page if additional access is required for specific roles or responsibilities. See more here.
