Sometimes a message that your receive is not translated. There are a number of possible explanations for this:
- The message was sent in a mix of English / Foreign Language - these often do not translate.
- The foreign language content written by the student/guardian had enough spelling/ grammatical mistakes that the automatic translator was not able to comprehend.
- The language of that student/guardian is set to English. If the family writes in another language, but their language in the system is English, we will not attempt to translate. See here for how to edit the contact info.
Occasionally the message will fail even if these cases are not met. This is rare (less than .1% of the time). However, please let us know and we can investigate. further.
