As a Super Admin or Admin +, you have the ability to log in as other users for troubleshooting or support purposes. Follow these steps to log in as a different user:
1. Navigate to Teacher Contacts
- From the dashboard, go to the Teacher Contacts section.
- This is where you can access the list of users within the platform.
2. Search for the User
- In the search bar, type the name of the user you wish to log in as.
- Select the correct user from the list.
3. Click the Arrow & Door Icon
- Once the user’s details are displayed, look for the arrow & door icon next to their profile. This is the button to log in as that user.
- Click on the arrow & door icon to initiate the login process.
4. Complete the Task
- You will now be logged in as the selected user and can perform the necessary tasks on their behalf.
5. Log Out to Re-enter Your Account
- When you have completed the task, make sure to log out of the user’s account.
- To log back into your Super Admin account, click the Logout button and log in again with your credentials.
