The Priority Students page allows admins to notify specific staff members when a particular student is in the hallway.
Creating a Priority Student
- Click the New Student Button: A pop-up will appear.
- Select the Student: Use the dropdown menu to either type the student’s name or select it from the list.
- Enter Email Addresses (Optional): Input the email addresses of teachers who should receive notifications. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
- Enter Phone Numbers (Optional): Input the phone numbers of teachers who should receive text messages. Separate multiple numbers with commas.
- Notification Options:
- Notify After Creating Pass: Check this box to send an email or text to the selected teachers when the student’s pass is created.
- Notify Every Five Minutes: Check this box to send notifications every five minutes after the pass is created.
- Notify After Creating Pass: Check this box to send an email or text to the selected teachers when the student’s pass is created.
- Save: Click Save to finalize.
If you decide not to create the priority student, click the X to cancel.
Deleting a Priority Student
- Click the Three Dots: Select the student you wish to delete.
- Choose Delete: Click Delete to remove the priority student.
