Bathroom Buddies

The Bathroom Buddies page enables admins to create groups of students who cannot be out of the classroom at the same time. You can create buddy groups, edit them, and remove them as needed.

Creating a Group

1. Click the New Group Button: A pop-up will appear.
   
2. Name the Group: Enter a name for the group. If you skip naming the group, it will default to "Group" followed by the number of existing groups.
   
3. Add Students: You can either type their names into the text box or select them from the dropdown menu.
   
4. Save the Group: Click Save to finalize.
   If you decide not to create the group, click the X to cancel. 
5. Multiple Groups: The same student can be added to multiple groups.

Editing a Group

1. Select Edit: Click the three dots next to the group and choose Edit.
   
2. Modify Group Information: A pop-up with the group details will appear.
   • To change the group name, click the text box with the current name and enter a new one.
   • To remove a student, click the X next to their name.
   • To add more students, use the dropdown menu to either type their names or select from the list.
3. Save Changes: Click Save to update the group. 
   If you decide not to make changes, click the X at the top right of the pop-up.

Deleting a Group

Click the three dots next to the group and choose Delete. This action will remove the buddy group and allow the students to be out in the halls together again.
