Sometimes you may need to access an interpreter for a student or family who is not yet in the SIS or ReachMyTeach system. This often comes up during enrollment conversations. Interpreter access in these cases is available only for schools and districts that use Lexikeet Language Services.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Click the Lexikeet Icon
Find and click the Lexikeet icon in the upper right corner of your ReachMyTeach screen. -
Select "General Interpreted Call"
From the options, choose General Interpreted Call. -
Choose the Language and Enter Contact Information

Select the language you need for the call.

To invite the family to join, enter their email address and/or phone number so they receive a link to the call if they are not with you in person. You can also leave this section blank:

Start or Schedule the Call

If the language is available on demand, a Start button will appear. Clicking it opens the interpreted call in a new tab, and you can copy and share the link.

If the language is not available on demand, you will see a Schedule button instead. Use this to book the interpreter for a later time.
For example, if you select American Sign Language, the Schedule option will appear.
