The first time you login as an admin 2 of a school you will be able to set district settings, you can also do this from your home page.
As the admin of the district you can update contact settings and district settings.
Contact Settings
Select the home button and go to the gear icon, select "contact settings"
Contact settings allows you to update the phone numbers connected to each school or building as well as the abbreviation. The abbreviation is used after the name of the educator from that school. See more here.
District Settings
Select the home button and go to the gear icon, select "district settings"
From there you will be able to update district settings.
Show all users will allow teachers to see students outside of their classes/groups.
Show forwarding options allows teachers to be able to disable mail forwarding to their emails. If they do have this option there is a possibility educators turn off forwarding. If they do, they must login to ReachMyTeach to see messages. Click here to see more about personal preferences.
