When you send a PDF via test, you will only see your original document. When you send the PDF it will go out in the language preference of the contact.

This PDF will translate into any of the 130 languages supported, and keep the formatting, based on the contact's preference, some examples of Spanish and Arabic are below. Keep in mind that only original PDFs (not screenshots or scanned images) will translate.
