PARENTS: YOU MUST CONTACT THE TEACHER TO RESCHEDULE. Learn how to contact the teacher here or quickly send a Text/Email to the teacher on a message you have already talked to them on.

Begin by clicking new message and selecting the phone icon.
To schedule a call with the guardians of a student, start by searching for the student name. Then select the name(s) of the guardian(s) you would like to connect with. Use the drop-down menu in the bottom right corner to choose "Schedule a Video Call".
Remember to include any teachers you want by clicking "teachers", you can add teachers by searching for their names.
To schedule a previously agreed upon time with guardians, select the date and time, then click "Schedule." This will send a confirmation email to all invited teachers and create a Google Calendar Event. Guardians will receive a confirmation email/text and be reminded with the video link 10 minutes before the meeting.
If you are unsure of the guardian's availability, utilize the "Suggest Times" feature. Pick several times that work for you and your team to schedule a meeting. The parents will then choose a convenient time, or let you know if none of the proposed times work.
Upon the selection of a time by the guardians, a confirmation email will be sent to all teachers, including yourself, along with a Google Calendar invitation. The guardians will receive a confirmation via email and text message, and they will be sent the video link 10 minutes before the meeting.
