Sometimes numbers and emails don't work for a variety of reasons. ReachMyTeach always tries to contact all recipients of a message and will log when numbers fail or emails bounce. After multiple attempts, the number or email will be paused and turn red.
Families can also pause incoming messages due to FCC regulation, which can be unpaused as well with expressed permission.
To see a comprehensive report of unreachable contacts by school or district, admins must select the ID card in the upper right and select "Contacts Report."
