Message Data: How can I see if my message was delivered/translated?

Having visibility into the delivery and translation of your messages can give you peace of mind. You can track real-time data on your messages to see if they have been delivered, translated, and through which platform they were received, whether it be email, text, WhatsApp, or phone call.

Begin by finding the message you would like to see the data on (don't forget it could be in your sent folder)

Click the initial message, it will turn a darker shade of red or grey.

Once you click the message you will get the message data.

You can filter the different types of delivery by clicking on the different sections of the graphs. You can also search for a specific contact to get more information.

If you need to download the data you can select "export to CSV" in the lower left of this screen.

You can see how the message sent by searching through the search feature or clicking next to Message Info "See this message from it's recipient's perspective"

From there you can see exactly how each recipient received the message.
